Restaurant Manager for Growing Concept

Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 1-3 years in restaurant management (Fast Casual, Full-Service, or Fast Food). Experience with pizza concepts like CPK, Dominos, or similar is a plus.
• Upbeat Personality: High energy, bubbly, and excited to lead teams of 25-35 staff.
• Flexibility: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays—a must for all managers!
• Preferred: Toast, Resi, Hot Schedules (or similar).
• Sales & Labor Management: Familiar with managing costs, though deep P&L knowledge is not required.
• Fast-Paced: 60-70% takeout/delivery experience.

Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $67-73k
• Quarterly bonus based on metrics
• 2 weeks paid vacation

• Average 43-48 hours per week
