Job Summary
A well-established and expanding full-service restaurant company is in search of a seasoned general manager who shares our enthusiasm for exceptional food and service!
Requirements for Full-Service Restaurant General Manager:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in managing high-volume establishments with annual revenues ranging from $7 to $10 million.
- Responsibilities: Overseeing operations across all shifts to ensure flawless implementation of safety and operational procedures, thereby crafting memorable guest experiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, serving as a positive role model.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite) and office management, coupled with adept problem-solving, strong guest relations, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The capability to manage multiple projects concurrently is essential.
