Job Summary

Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Assist with a heavy caseload of complex insurance coverage litigation cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims
  • Work with partners and senior associates on legal services.
  • Prepare accurate legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Keep clients informed about case updates.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and deadlines.

Associate Attorney Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • 3-5 years of business litigation experience, preferably within a law firm.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a conscientious work approach.
