Senior Accountant Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Oversee monthly reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
• Chart of Accounts Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency across departments.
• Financial Reporting & Cost Control: Prepare financial statements, analyze metrics, and implement cost control measures.
• Scalability & Strategic Growth: Collaborate with management to support scaling operations and growth strategies.
