Job Summary

Senior Real Estate Associate Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to investments, portfolio oversight, property management, leasing, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance staff for net lease portfolio.
  • Negotiate and draft letters of intent, commercial lease agreements, amendments, and addenda with tenants including Commercial offices, National Retailers, Big Box Retailers, and shopping center tenants.
  • Negotiate and draft license agreements, access agreements, marketing agreements, service contracts, management agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Draft purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, contractor, and construction documents; perform due diligence and coordinate transactions to close commercial real estate acquisitions.
  • Advise property and operating management staff on tenant operational/lease issues, landlord/tenant matters, collection activities, and other operational matters.
  • Conduct compliance on corporate, real estate, and employment matters.

Senior Real Estate Associate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in real estate
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities
  • Proven practical experience in case management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Admission to the FL State Bar
