Senior Real Estate Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to investments, portfolio oversight, property management, leasing, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance staff for net lease portfolio.
- Negotiate and draft letters of intent, commercial lease agreements, amendments, and addenda with tenants including Commercial offices, National Retailers, Big Box Retailers, and shopping center tenants.
- Negotiate and draft license agreements, access agreements, marketing agreements, service contracts, management agreements, and other legal documents.
- Draft purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, contractor, and construction documents; perform due diligence and coordinate transactions to close commercial real estate acquisitions.
- Advise property and operating management staff on tenant operational/lease issues, landlord/tenant matters, collection activities, and other operational matters.
- Conduct compliance on corporate, real estate, and employment matters.
Senior Real Estate Associate Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in real estate
- Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities
- Proven practical experience in case management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Admission to the FL State Bar
