Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Control food costs and manage inventory to maintain profitability.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary trends and techniques.
