Our stable and growing restaurant group is seeking to add an up and coming, hungry, Multi-Unit General Manager. If you are a GM with a solid track record of success, looking for your next step, and are ready to oversee more than one unit, you may be the right fit!

 

Multi-Unit General Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of General Management experience
• 3+ years recent experience in a similar role overseeing multiple concepts
• Must have experience with high volume restaurants ($3M)
• Excellent communication skills, a role model and mentor
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach, and drive results
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a culture of exceptional service
• A very strong work ethic with integrity, an energetic, positive, and winning attitude

 Multi-Unit General Manager Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations in restaurants, and private dining spaces
• May perform opening and closing duties
• Ensure high guest as well as team satisfaction goals and benchmarks are attained
• Create reports for senior management and execute vision
• Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and establish service standards
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
