Job Summary
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the operations of two limited service properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of two limited service properties.
- Ensure properties are maintained to brand standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a general manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
