We are searching for an Assistant General Manager to join our SOON-TO-OPEN high-volume, fine-dining restaurant in the heart of mid-town.

AGM Requirements and Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years of experience in a concept-driven, high-volume restaurant that frequently hosts private events (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Previous experience in building out and managing a team, and implementing FOH and HR systems, strongly preferred.
• High interest and understanding of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and culture.
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant service and FOH team.
• Assist in staff management, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Help implement effective FOH systems and protocols.
• Exemplify good hospitality; guide and motivate our team in creating an exceptional guest experience.
