Our renowned client is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney. This client handles high-profile cases for private and public corporations, Fortune 500 companies, prominent individuals like entertainers, and government agencies. Our client is frequently sought out by clients to resolve pivotal matters before they reach the courtroom.
Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Legal strategist who has worked for an Am100 law firm for 2+ years.
- Graduated from a Top 30 law school.
- 2 to 9 years of relevant Employment Litigation Attorney experience.
- CA Bar membership is not required but expected within a reasonable time.
- Experience should be broad and not focused in one area (i.e., IP/Patent, class actions, insurance, healthcare).
- Ideal candidate will be a go-getter who is a self-driven, creative professional
- Work in-office 3 times a week
Employment Litigation Attorney Compensation:
- $190,000 - $450,000 base salary depending on experience + generous bonuses.
- No billable hour requirement but most bill between 1900-2100 hours per year.
- Smaller, boutique-like firm that trains superstars.
