Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Kitchen Manager or similar role doing 3 million in annual sales.
• Proven track record in BBQ cuisine or similar production.
• Experience managing catering and full service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service on a consistent basis
