Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Kitchen Manager or similar role doing 3 million in annual sales.
- Proven track record in BBQ cuisine or similar production.
- Experience managing catering and full service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service on a consistent basis
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, quality control, and staff management.
- Develop and maintain innovative menu items that align with our brand and customer preferences.
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage kitchen budgets and costs effectively.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.
