General Manager Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant
• Proficient in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Proven track record managing a restaurant with minimum annual sales of $2 million
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control expertise
• Willing to commute within local restaurants
