Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney - Remote Flexibility
Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for insurance coverage disputes?
We're recruiting for a full-service law firm with a stellar reputation across the country. This role focuses on providing top-tier legal counsel and representation in insurance coverage cases, including general liability, professional liability, and property and casualty claims.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage a caseload of complex insurance coverage disputes, from case analysis to trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal opinions, and handle all aspects of litigation
• Advise clients on coverage matters, helping them navigate complicated insurance issues
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, representing clients with excellence
• Collaborate with adjusters and other team members to develop winning strategies
• Engage in settlement negotiations and pursue cost-effective solutions for clients
What We’re Looking For:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar in good standing
• 4-7 years of experience handling insurance coverage litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Collaborative mindset and a desire for long-term career growth
