Partner-Level Family Law Attorney - Fully Remote

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel on matters Family Law - of divorce, spousal support, domestic violence
• Handle case management, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
• Build strong relationships with clients and offer empathetic, comprehensive legal support.
• Manage and delegate legal work to paralegals as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Admission to the NJ or NY Bar.
• 8+ years of Family Law experience (Estate Planning experience is a plus).
• Strong trial experience and excellent negotiation skills.
• Portable book of business or active caseload required.
