• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant/food service industry
• Proven track record of success in a full service restaurant
• Hands-on experience to provide the best guest experience
• No more than 2 jobs in 5 years
• Willing to grow with a company that is constantly expanding (new restaurant coming in 2024)
