Job Summary

General Manager Opportunity: Lead and Succeed
We are looking for an energetic and proactive General Manager who is ready to lead by example, both mentally and physically. As a key leader, effective communication and taking ownership of responsibilities are crucial for success in this role. Our hotel operates with precision, and we expect the same from our General Manager. Your ability to unite and motivate the team will be the foundation for success. Leadership skills and past achievements will outweigh industry-specific experience—we value strong leaders above all.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to $62K
  • Weekends off
  • No night shifts
  • Quality work-life balance, with 50-55 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations (limited hours of operation)
  • Delegate tasks across departments
  • Serve as a key liaison with the Corporate Office
  • Handle guest inquiries and ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • Inspect housekeeping work and completed maintenance orders
  • Manage out-of-service rooms, ensuring timely turnaround
  • Address and resolve guest concerns
  • Provide continuous training and guidance to staff members
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of progressive management experience in a limited-service hotel
  • Proven leadership with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • ServeSafe certification
  • Flexibility to work any shift
