Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage litigation cases in state and federal courts, focusing on the False Claims Act, healthcare fraud, and abuse enforcement actions.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and strategy.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and offer expert analysis on emerging healthcare law issues.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies to develop winning strategies.
• Coordinate across multiple offices to ensure seamless case management and client support.
• Stay on top of health law developments to offer cutting-edge legal insights.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and appeals, supporting senior attorneys with meticulous preparation.
• Manage deadlines effectively and juggle competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing with the CA Bar.
• 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare law.
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong interest in health law and familiarity with industry regulations and trends.
• Clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and build relationships within a distributed team.
• Capable of balancing multiple cases and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
