Job Summary

Our client is a beauty industry leader that is looking for a well-experienced Director of Amazon Marketplace Growth with a strong digital marketing professional background to relocate to their southern Florida office.

Director of Amazon Marketplace Growth Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Business, Marketing or related field, required
  • MBA, preferred
  • 4+ years of management experience, required
  • Most recent work experience with an up-and-coming (not household name) digital-first brand selling Direct to Consumer (D2C) Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally with annual revenues in the $50-150MM range.
  • Ability and desire to work ON SITE (not remote or hybrid) in Southern Florida
  • 7+ years of Amazon marketing experience generating $8-12MM/year in annual revenue on Amazon that is not with an established/household name
  • Strong expertise in Amazon platform management, including marketing, sales and logistics
  • Proven ability to establish clear performance metrics and KPIs in order to track progress and measure success of the Amazon channel, presenting results to ownership
  • Strong proficiency in eComm and data analytics tools and platforms
