Job Summary
The Director is responsible for leading all food and beverage outlets on the property in the South West Florida region. The perfect candidate will work in a professional, profitable manner by offering world-class and consistent service to our guests. A strong emphasis is to be placed on increasing service standards, developing future leaders, creating a service bench, controlling cost, and maintaining resort assets up to 20 units.

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, development, accountability, and evaluations of the restaurant management team
- Staying up to date on restaurant trends, concepts, and understanding
- Create an opening, operating and closing checklist for each specific outlet
- Support all outlets managers to ensure their development and success
- Create an atmosphere that will attract and retain qualified associates based on the company’s values
- Review all general ledger charges for accuracy for all F&B outlets
- Take an active role in all mandatory F&B meetings
- Excellent managerial skills, ability to manage multiple outlets, computer skills, and accounting skills
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a resort/full-service hotel setting
- Must have exceptional communication and leadership skills as well as being friendly, outgoing and courteous
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
