Responsibilities and Requirements For Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of heavy mobile equipment (loaders, excavators, cranes, shredders, etc.)
• Manage a team of equipment operators and mechanics
• Manage budgets for repairs, upgrades, and new equipment purchases
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

• 5+ years of experience managing heavy equipment in an industrial or scrapyard environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
• Budgeting and financial management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
