What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example, inspire your team, and elevate the guest experience, the restaurant, and the hotel.
• Bring 3+ years of senior management experience running full-service restaurants to the table.
• Engage with guests personally, ensuring they have unforgettable experiences and become regulars.
• Maintain top-tier service standards, from food and beverage to hospitality, in line with our values.
• Partner with the GM to manage costs and stay on top of budgets and projections.
