Food & Beverage Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations at high-volume venues
• Expertise in overseeing outdoor events with diverse food and beverage offerings, such as food trucks, bars, and various vendors
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage full-time and temporary staff
• Ability to manage all F&B vendors on-site, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional service
• Festival experience, including large-scale events
• Experience working in large indoor and outdoor events, including concerts, music festivals, and similar entertainment venues
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the role, including working shifts of up to 15 hours during events
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with live, loud music throughout the day
