What We’re Looking For
- High-Volume Experience: Preferably QSR with drive-thru operations (e.g., Bojangles, Cookout)
- Stable Work History: Candidates with a track record of long tenure—no job hoppers
- Hands-On Leadership Style: Lead by example to inspire and coach your team
- Upbeat and Positive Personality: Build morale and foster a fun, productive work environment
- Professional Appearance and Communication Skills: Must adhere to health codes and maintain a polished, professional look
- Commitment to Excellence: Focused on delivering top-quality food, value, and guest service

- Hair must be a natural color, and facial hair neatly groomed

A Day in the Life of a Dining Services Manager
This is a five-day workweek with midday shifts only—our client’s restaurants are not open for breakfast or late nights. Shift options include:
- Opening Shift: 8 AM - 8 PM
- Closing Shift: 11 AM - 11 PM
- Expect a 60-hour workweek, perfect for candidates ready to invest in their career and be rewarded!
Interview Process – Simple and Fast!
- Step 1: Phone screening with the internal recruiter
- Step 2: "Day in the Life" Stage: Spend a day on-site from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM, gaining hands-on insight into the role
