Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

• Hire, train, lead, motivate and manage front of house team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, inventory and ordering, weekly P and L's
• Proficiency In POS and scheduling platforms (Seven room experience a plus)
• Must have 3 or more years of General Manager experience in full service dining room
