Requirements for Director of Engineering

• Proactive in fixing a problem before it is a problem
• Ability to follow a budget, and make financially sound decisions independently
• Passionate about construction and maintenance with a positive outlook
• Excellent communicator - both verbally and written - and a team player
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and creating preventative maintenance programs
• Preferred to have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchens
• Preferred to have a maintenance background in hospitality
• Solution-oriented
