Director of Banquets and Events Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience as an Event Manager and Banquet management
• Experience managing Event and Banquet sales of 1 million in revenue per year or higher
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand cost containment in event planning
• Strong outgoing leader who creates an atmosphere where people feel valued
• A servant leader that works with his team and drives performance
• The ability to work within a structured environment and think independently
• Manage with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Build and develop strong professional relationships with the team and in the community
