Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-oriented, outgoing, and engaging Sales Advisor to drive business revenue and inspire brand loyalty by meeting client needs and maximizing weekly sales commissions. Urgently seeking to hire top sales talent.


Sales Lead Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Manage client relationships and inquiries, including product care.
  • Support managers in store operations, KPIs tracking, and visual standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including daily cleaning tasks.
  • Operate POS system and assist with opening/closing procedures.


Sales Lead Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule (nights, holidays, weekends).
  • Ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Spanish preferred).
