Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Development Manager to help grow our business by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving company growth through strategic partnerships and managing relationships with key vendors and franchisees.

Development Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays

Development Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of business development experience (restaurant industry preferred)
• Experience working with franchisees and vendors, with strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage service accounts and develop strategic business partnerships
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and ability to analyze business proposals and market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (preferred) or equivalent experience
