Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 2+ years in a similar role
• 5+ in food and beverage management
• High-volume experience needed
• Oversee, train, and develop all staff. 
• Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivates return business. 
• Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team.
• Ability to handle all back-end responsibilities such as scheduling, ordering, etc.
