Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Expectations

• 5+ years of GM experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment 
• Exposure to sales volumes of $10+ million per year
• Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-driven
• Established longevity & career progression 
• Professional image & demeanor 
• Highly skilled in team leadership and development
• Delivers the highest quality service and contributes to exceeding expectations
• Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
