Our client is seeking a Director of Technical Services to be a leader and resource for both internal and external partners. This position serves as a central hub for technical services for the company, critical to ensuring quality products are delivered to its customers. The right candidate needs to have the right blend of technical expertise in the field as well as corporate management experience.

Director of Technical Services Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• EPA Section 608 Technician Universal Certification
• 7-10 Years of proven experience in technical services or related field
• Requires valid refrigerant license or ability to get a refrigerant license within 60 days of hire
• Management experience-this role has 2 direct reports
• Experience with electrical installation, with an emphasis on HVAC systems
• Ability to work well cross-functionally and with external partners
• Provide leadership over technical processes, product reviews, product training, customer technical questions and parts management
