Materials Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an operational setting; strong background in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the materials team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels; implement and maintain inventory management systems (knowledge of ISO 9000 is a plus).
  • Collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality control departments; excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
