General Manager Traits:

  • Experience: 3+ years of Assistant General Manager (AGM) experience in Fast Casual restaurants known for exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Personality: High energy, outgoing, and an excellent communicator who holds themselves accountable.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented with a passion for developing teams and mentoring others.
  • Leadership: Strong focus on team development, providing guidance, and empowering staff to achieve operational success.

General Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrate proven success as an AGM or GM in a fast-casual restaurant setting.
  • Cultural Fit: Hungry for growth, humble in your approach, smart about decisions, and caring towards the team and community.
  • Leadership Style: Showcase a leadership style focused on accountability, team development, and operational efficiency.
  • Annual Operations: Manage the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Community Involvement: Engagement in community initiatives is highly encouraged

General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60K - $65K base salary.
  • Profit Sharing: Quarterly bonus
  • Retention Bonus: $5K+ annual bonus after five years.
  • Health Insurance: 65% company coverage
  • Paid Time Off: 15 days in the first year.

General Manager Training Program:

  • Six-week structured training program paired with the Store Operations Manager.
