Fine Dining Executive Chef needed in North Carolina

Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Experience in High-Volume Fine Dining (min 4 years)
- Possess a professional attitude and believe in a true people first environment
- Ability to maintain exceptional beautiful food execution, while maintaining a focus on daily operations
- Plate presentation and standards
- Organization and cost & product control are key, in addition to ensuring the kitchen meets all health department standards for safe food handling
Executive Chef Experience:
- 3-5 years experience as a member of a culinary management team in a hotel, boutique hotel, or high-end fine dining
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of Aloha POS is preferred
- Willing to lead by example and have the ability to work independently and exercise judgment to resolve personnel and production issues
- Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef and a degree from a culinary arts training program or equivalent life experience preferably in a high-end, fine-dining establishment
