Requirements for General Restaurant Managers 

• Up to 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
• Ability to hire, train and maintain a top-notch team
• Strong financial understanding with the ability to coach and teach PnL to managers
• Hands-on management style This is not an office manager position
