Grocery Manager Responsibilities:

• In charge of the retail and warehouse operations
• Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coaches, and mentors the team
• Has the ability to build relationships with guest and develop strong business relationships by showing support to their needs
• Community involved and focused
• Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices

Grocery Manager Qualifications:

• Positive leadership with a people first mentality
• 5 years in Warehouse management experience required
• Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Grocery Manager Benefits:

• Base Salary $80-90k
• Bonus eligibility up to $40k annually
• Healthcare, vision, dental starts after 90 days
