- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or retail management.  

- Strong expertise in profit and loss analysis, inventory management, staff recruitment and training, merchandising, payroll, cash handling, and loss prevention.  

- Thrives under pressure and excels in fast-moving environments.  

- Exceptional communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
