Responsibilities for Chinese Cuisine and Dim Sum Chef:

• Ensure food is delivered on time and meets all safety and hygiene standards
• Prepare and present high-quality Chinese cuisine and dim sum
• Oversee kitchen operations, staff, and food production, especially for dim sum
• Help create and adjust menus, and handle special orders or dietary requests
• Oversees Scheduling

Qualifications for Chinese Cuisine and Dim Sum Chef:

• At least 5 years of kitchen experience, focused on Chinese cuisine and dim sum
• Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage kitchen staff effectively
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, cost control, and inventory management
