Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Regional Director of Operations to manage multiple K-12 dining accounts in the vibrant city of New Orleans. In this role, you'll lead a cross-functional team, drive operational excellence, and cultivate strong client relationships while maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality results.

Regional Director of Operations Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in K-12 multi-unit food service as a Regional Director of Operations.
  • Strong leadership background with experience in contract/budget management, customer service, people development, and food services.
  • Proven track record in growing a business with solid financial acumen.
  • Strategic, analytical, and quick decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Champions inclusivity and demonstrates initiative, ownership, and organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other computer skills.

Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of Site Leads/Unit Managers to deliver top-quality food and service at each location.
  • Build strong client relationships, drive KPIs (profitability, safety, engagement), and develop your team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to share best practices, mitigate risks, and promote diversity.
  • Manage accounts with a focus on long-term success and risk management.
