Sr. Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of direct construction management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
  • Experience in managing client relationships and team collaboration

Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Perform project estimates, develop budgets, and ensure they align with client objectives
  • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis
  • Facilitate weekly team progress meetings and provide timely communication with all parties
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, field staff, and subcontractors
  • Engage in industry networking events and ongoing professional development​
