Job Summary

Director of Sales Benefits and Qualifications:

·       Generous Base salary and Bonus based on realistic goals.

·       3 + Years of Sales management experience

·       Quality Branded experience/ some full service preferred.

·       Proven track record of sales success and revenue objectives.

·       Extensive knowledge of marketing, negotiating and sales procedures associated with the hotel industry.

·       Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills


Director of Sales Responsibilities:

·       Oversee all sales & marketing efforts.

·       Lead strategic direction, management and tactics to achieve budgeted top-line revenues

·       Act as the hotel ambassador, builds relationships and partnerships to leverage the exposure of the hotel in the community.

·       Responsible for monthly/ quarterly sales and catering revenue results reporting and forecasting

·       Actively participates in weekly yield meetings.
