We are looking for a financial controller for our Independent, Luxury Hotel. Candidates should come from an independent hotel background or a property with decentralized accounting.

Luxury Hotel Financial Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 5+ years of progressive experiences in hotel financial management
• 2+ years experience in hotel financial management leadership
• Experience in an independent or decentralized environment
• Out-of-box thinker

Luxury Hotel Financial Controller Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel accounting and accounting team with consistency, accuracy, and integrity
• Create reports for ownership as requested
• Create PnL reports monthly and deliver to leadership and ownership
• Work with department leaders on financial management
• Implement financial controls
