EIT Site Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead production of schematic and construction plans for land development projects

• Design innovative stormwater drainage systems and perform utility calculations

• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for efficient project design and drafting

• Conduct HEC-RAS modeling for hydraulic analysis and floodplain determination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions

• Contribute to a positive team environment and foster idea exchange

EIT Site Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong understanding of site civil engineering fundamentals, including grading and earthwork calculations

• Experience with utility design (potable water, gravity sewer, etc.) and stormwater mitigation

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
