Job Summary
Jupiter's premier restaurant is hiring a Pastry Chef for its upscale concept. You must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and uphold the stellar service standards of the restaurant's brand and reputation. This person will report to the Executive Chef.
Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate BOH activities
- Oversee guest satisfaction and resolve issues
- Control food and labor cost
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Pastry Chef Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
