Job Summary
An established and highly regarded Law Firm is looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team and make an immediate impact.
Estate Planning Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management of estate and probate administration from start to finish including court filing the estate; development of inventory; working with brokers to retitle assets; real property distribution, etc.
- Managing documents for filing with the court.
- Communicating with clients, family members, trustees, other attorneys, and professionals.
- Responsible for drafting, coordination, and titling of assets associated with customary estate plans.
Estate Planning Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of estate planning experience
- Seasoned experience preparing amendments or modifications on client asset and real estate documents
- Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, deeds, power of attorney
- Knowledge of how to transfer assets into and out of these entities with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and Independent
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills for client contact
