We are looking for a talented Executive Chef who loves food, the restaurant business, and the opportunity to learn, grow, and excel. A minimum of five years of EC experience in a high volume ($6,000,000 minimum) polished casual and/or upscale dining is required.

Executive Chef Rewards:

• A starting salary of $75,000 to $92,500 depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses

Executive Chef Requirements:

• Five or more years of running the kitchen in an upscale or fine-dining environment
• You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen
• Previous NRO experience is strongly preferred
• P&L management
• Ability to adroitly manage a high-volume kitchen
