Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• 3-10 years of relevant construction experience, with a strong focus on estimating small, medium, and large projects.
• Deep understanding of historical cost data and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Sage, and Blubeam preferred

Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for construction trades including demolition, earthwork, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, and finishes.
• Assist in pricing labor, materials, and equipment using historical data and vendor quotes.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
• Provide thorough cost analysis, including equipment, general conditions, materials, and labor.
