Sales Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with tools and hardware industries and competitive landscapes
• Skilled in expanding commercial business lines and identifying new market opportunities
• Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in executing initiatives independently
• Creative problem-solver in fast-paced environments without predefined processes
• Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in tools or related sectors
• High energy and ambition, comfortable making independent decisions
