Restaurant Assistant General Manager Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and inspire your team through hands-on training, coaching, and setting high expectations

- Build strong, accountable relationships within the team to ensure a collaborative work environment

- Maintain top-tier service standards, ensuring every detail is handled with care

- Foster excellent guest interactions, focusing on retention and satisfaction


Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:


- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within a high-volume full-service or fast-casual restaurant

- Strong background in scratch kitchens and solid knowledge of food safety protocols

- Proven leadership skills, with a focus on mentorship, leading by example, and maintaining high standards

- Track record of meeting and exceeding restaurant performance goals

- Flexibility to train out of state for 8–10 weeks

- Experience in new restaurant openings is a plus, but not mandatory
