Our client is looking for a dedicated and people-focused Workers' Compensation Attorney to be part of their collaborative team. Work remotely and contribute to providing exceptional legal services to our clients while working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
CA Workers' Compensation Attorney Job Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify issues and develop effective strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
- Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
- Collaborate with a talented team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services
CA Workers' Compensation Attorney Job Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California and in good standing with the Bar
- 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation
